The incumbent will not only serve as an attorney but will also function as a strategic business partner to the organization. This role will report to a senior attorney on the team and will mainly focus on Commercial and general Corporate matters. Serve as a business partner, not just an attorney. Prepare, draft, review and negotiate various contracts and amendments, including but not limited to, client agreements, software licensing agreements, banking agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor agreements.
